Victor Bilgen
Founder, BridgeLayer Analytics
For over a decade, Victor has studied the gap between how organizations are designed to work and how they actually work. Every organization has a formal structure: reporting lines, defined roles, documented processes. Underneath it is an informal one, where influence moves through relationships, decisions get made before the meeting, and critical knowledge lives in people rather than systems. That gap is where most change efforts break down.
BridgeLayer was built to close it. Victor combines organizational network analysis with a structured leadership diagnostic to give leadership teams a data-driven picture of their organization as it actually operates. Prior to founding BridgeLayer, he spent nearly a decade at McChrystal Group, where he led the Team Science practice, evaluating hundreds of organizations and advising executive teams on alignment, collaboration, and organizational agility.
He is a contributing author to The Social Capital Imperative (Oxford University Press, 2025) and a regular speaker at SIOP and Connected Commons. His work has been featured in Authority Magazine.
